Ocean Eleven Guesthouse

Ocean Eleven l Hermanus l Exterior

The accommodation consists of standard and deluxe rooms, as well as 2 well appointed suites, perfect for honeymooners or couples celebrating that special occasion. The main house was built in the colonial style, featuring high ceilings and tall windows, features that have been preserved. The standard rooms are found on the ground floor and feature en suite bathrooms with shower. The deluxe rooms, split between the lower and upper levels, feature both bath and shower in the bathroom. The suites are built loft style into the roof of the old house, providing excellent views – they are air conditioned, spacious and contain all the creature comforts you could possibly desire.

The Southern Right Whales leave their Antarctic feeding grounds around May each year and migrate south, many of them settling in Walker Bay to mate and give birth to their young. Hermanus offers the best land based whale watching in South Africa – guests at Ocean Eleven can walk along the cliff paths to view these amazing creatures, or simply watch them from the comfort of the garden!

Hermanus is not all about the whales thought – the town offers a myriad of craft stalls and shops to ensure you get your hands on those all important souvenirs. Activities such as shark cage diving, kayaking, golf and paragliding are also popular.
